Eric Emms
Eric is the CEO of Rise and Shine Cleaning Service located in Portland, Oregon, which he co-founded with his wife, Debbie.
He is a father to six wonderful kids ranging in age from 24 to 16.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from Portland State University. Eric is also a certified Cleaning Business Fundamentals coach, and a member of the CBF Elite group.
Prior to launching Rise and Shine in 2014 his background was in leading sales teams. After four years of trial and error in the cleaning industry Eric and Debbie found Cleaning Business Fundamentals and implemented the program immediately. Now with the foundation of the CBF principles in place, Rise and Shine has grown to a 7-figure maid service and is run by a team of remote admins.
Eric is excited to share with you the fundamental budgeting principles and tools that he uses to forecast and budget in his own business to achieve maximum profitability.
Debbie Sardone
Debbie Sardone is a popular consultant, trainer, speaker, author and business owner. She is a recognized leader and business development expert in the residential cleaning industry.
Described as a “serial entrepreneur” she owns several successful businesses, including Buckets & Bows Maid Service, her residential cleaning business, and Speed Cleaning, a manufacturer and distributor of premium green cleaning products and professional-grade cleaning supplies. Both are located in the Dallas, TX area.
